Consultation

During our initial consultation we will start the process by getting to know you. What takes place on a daily basis within your household will help us to design a seamless floor plan. Whether you’re a growing family in need of more space or starting to plan for your first home, Anthony Developments will ensure our team of professionals caters to your every need. We don’t use stock plans, instead we design a floor plan tailored to your lifestyle through our custom construction process.

Once a floor plan has been drafted we can then determine construction costs. It’s important at this stage we design a home that suits your budget. The Kitchen, Ensuite or Facade you may want is just as important as the Triple Pane Windows, Heating System, and Insulation that goes into your home. We will encourage the use of advanced construction materials such as a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) to ensure adequate air flow in the home as well as LED lighting to reduce energy consumption. We’ll have these discussions and compare products to ensure we set the standards as high as possible while maintaining budget.

With a budget in place and construction materials beginning to take shape we are now ready to proceed with elevations, a site plan, working drawings and permits. Next, you will meet with our suppliers to begin making selections for your home. Together we will guide you through the selection process ensuring the products you choose are within the budget and suitable for the construction of your home.

Construction will always be overseen by a representative of Anthony Developments as well as our highly skilled trade’s people.
