Adam got his start in home building at a very young age working along side his father, Antonio Paolini. The family business has built their reputation on strong client relationships and honesty.
When he’s not in the office you’ll find him checking in on job sites ensuring quality control standards are at the highest level. His clients are treated like part of his family from start to finish.

Scott joined Anthony Developments in 2008 with over 20 years of Framing and Jobsite Supervision under his belt. Scott is hands on and very well known for his high level of skilled carpentry.
His broad range of construction knowledge is put to work on a daily basis as he manages trades and coordinates the onsite production.
